The Letting Process
Through our experience and expertise we are able to streamline the letting process and take away the stress of letting your property.
Initially we will visit the property to be let and advise you of the best marketing plan and provide advice on any recommendations we see necessary in order to let your property. We can help arrange any necessary certificates such as Gas Safe, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Portable Appliance Testing and Domestic Installation Reports etc.
Once a marketing plan has been agreed we shall revisit the property and collect all relevant information including photos in order to commence marketing. Once the right tenant/s has been identified we shall negotiate and agree terms between all parties and proceed with referencing the tenant/s. Next Step Estates (South West) Ltd will arrange for an inventory to be carried out prior to the tenant moving in which we shall go through on the check in. If Next Step Estates (South West) Ltd are instructed to manage the let we shall inform all utilities connected to the property and issue welcome packs to the tenant/s. As part of our managed service Next Step Estates (South West) Ltd will also take care of the deposit protection and issue all relevant documentation.
